“HOMES INSIDE ME”
Thesis project
2025-2026
“HOMES INSIDE ME” is my thesis project, developed over the course of a year. It explores nostalgia through personal imagery, objects, and written fragments, focusing on how memory is shaped more by feeling than by accuracy. The work combines found images, personal references, and text, layered together to reflect the way memories shift, fade, and become reconstructed over time. Rather than treating memory as something fixed, the project embraces its inconsistencies and emotional distortions. The final book is a handmade object with a leather cover, emphasizing tactility, slowness, and intimacy in contrast to digital media. The physical form plays an important role in the concept, turning the book itself into an archive of personal memory and reflection.
